1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the DukaanAdda application (including the Android application file and the Windows Desktop executable) operated by Anita Tech Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are utilizing our software on behalf of a business, retail shop, or wholesale entity, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use DukaanAdda.

2. Software License & Limitations

DukaanAdda grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the application solely for your internal business operations (e.g. creating customer invoices, tracking store stock counts, and cataloging sales). You may not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Android application or Windows Setup files.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute our software license to third-party resellers.
• Modify, clone, or create derivative versions of DukaanAdda or its core local database logic.

3. Billing Accuracy & GST Disclaimer

DukaanAdda is designed to assist you in executing fast digital transactions. However, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all product prices, taxes, discounts, and GST calculations displayed on printed customer invoices.
• We are not tax advisors. For formal financial audits, please verify generated GST reports with a certified tax consultant.
• We are not liable for business transaction discrepancies resulting from physical hardware inputs, damaged barcode scanner units, or incorrect thermal paper sizes.

4. Data Backups & Offline Risk

While DukaanAdda features an offline database and automated cloud synchronization:

• It is highly recommended to connect your billing device to the internet occasionally to initiate secure cloud backup logs.
• We cannot be held responsible for total data losses resulting from physical device damage, unexpected hard disk formats, or operating system corruptions before a backup cycle executes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Anita Tech Solutions, developer Manjeet Kumar, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of store profits, inventory count errors, data disruptions, or business halts resulting from the use or inability to use the applications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the usage of DukaanAdda shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
